A person prices the job

Every request is read and quoted by an estimator. Nothing here is priced by a calculator.

Nothing runs without a proof

You see a proof of the job first, and the schedule starts from your approval of it.

Files are checked first

Artwork is read against the specification before the job runs, and we come back to you if something will not hold up.

Ask about rush work

If your date is tighter than the standard schedule, say so with the request and we will tell you what is possible.
