Digital printing in Mississauga
Digital is one of the two ways we print in this plant. Digital printing suits short runs, versioned pieces and anything that has to change from copy to copy — and it runs the same catalogue of stocks, coatings and finishes as everything else here.

What digital printing is
A press that images each sheet directly from the file, with no printing plates made first. Because there is no plate to pay for, the quantity stops driving the setup — and because every sheet is imaged on its own, no two have to be the same.
Offset is the other half of the plant: plates, longer runs, process colour and PMS on request.
Short runs and versioning
The everyday case. A quantity that would not justify plates, or one piece that has to go out in several variants — printed together, on the stocks and finishes the catalogue already lists.

Personalization and variable data
Where every copy differs. Names, codes, barcodes and swapped images are driven from your data file across the run, and sequential numbering works the same way.

Offset is the other half of the plant, and past a certain quantity it is the cheaper way to run the same job. Commercial printing covers volume runs, recurring orders and scheduled work.
Pick the product, the stock and the finishing on its own page and send the request — digital or offset is a production decision, not a field you have to fill in. An estimator prices the quantity both ways and comes back with the one that suits it, together with the stock and the schedule.
